In response to the order, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you.
Once the orders are placed, and after verifying the data, the order will be valid or not. If it is not valid within 15 days, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded. This period can be extended if an exchange of documents is in process between the customer and kentuckycattlerange.us.
Delivery of orders
The livestock are delivered to the address indicated at the time of placing an order and payment.
The ordering process
Kentucky Cattle Range will take every measure to try to get the order to its destination as quickly as possible, bearing in mind that a period of between 24 and 72 hours is needed to prepare the order, before shipping.
The delivery times detailed here are valid under normal conditions of service and for shipments made by our usual delivery companies. Delivery times may be extended in case of Social disruption (strikes in postal services, road transport) or by weather-based incidents.
USA – Worldwide
You will receive your livestock within 2 to 4 business days after the date of shipment for any order placed from Monday to Friday.
These deadlines correspond to deliveries in USA and Canada, in working days, without problems with courier and according to the availability of the livestock.

Our Commercial Service can provide you with any supplement as well as an estimate of delivery deadlines.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, an advisory slip will be left in your letterbox. You can use this to collect your livestock from the indicated agency, along with a proof of identity and payment receipt.
If the addressee does not collect their livestock within 7 days, it will be returned to us and you will be informed by email.
The times given above are the usual delivery times. Kentucky Cattle Range promises to deliver orders: :

Payment of orders
Payments are made as directed HERE: – or on our website with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or other credit card. Secure payments through Paypal and Bitcoin, direct bank.- Or by bank transfer.
No payment deadline is agreed upon and orders will not be sent as long as payment has not been received and cleared.
Exchanges and returns
All of our livestock are shipped perfectly and protected so it should arrive in optimal conditions.
Our company guarantees the perfect condition of all its livestock shipped. However, it may be that an animal does not arrive in such good condition .
When the customer receives the order, there are legal procedures that allow return of the livestock if the customer is not satisfied. You must inform us in advance of such return by email or telephone and return the animal in perfect condition, along with the original invoice.
Kentucky Cattle Range will refund the customer the amount of the order within 15 days after the return of the merchandise.
No return or exchange of the livestock will be accepted outside the deadlines indicated above. These are generic breed of livestock, so we are not responsible for how the livestock are store once the livestock are delivered.
In case of change or return, a livestocks must be in the same condition as it was sent. The customer must return the animals in perfect condition. Before returning a livestocks, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport.
The customer shall bear the shipping and return costs.

In case of non-compliance with the delivery deadlines, Kentucky Cattle Range is committed to answering any questions necessary and to reimbursing the postage costs. Apart from this reimbursement, late deliveries do not have to cause damage or create interest, nor any cancellation of orders in progress. Kentucky Cattle Range will inform the customer as early as possible of any delays.
Lost or missing shipments
In case of loss of a livestock (if Correos or the carrier misplaced the livestock during the shipment and it is not delivered to the customer), Kentucky Cattle Range undertakes to send a second livestocks at no cost to the customer.
Kentucky will ask the recipient to provide a certificate of what happened indicating the non-receipt of the livestock, committing to return the first shipment if it ends up arriving correctly. This certificate will serve to file a complaint with the carrier and possibly with the police.

Acceptance of Conditions
The customer acknowledges having been informed, at the time of ordering, of the particular conditions of sale described and announced on the website (prices, weight, quantities, eventualities, cost of transportation) and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation. The order and its confirmation by the customer when making the payment supposes the total acceptance of the particular conditions applicable to the order. It is necessary that the client has, prior to this confirmation, a mechanism that allows him to correct or modify his choice. For traders, only proof of their professional activity (KBIS or RCS sent by e-mail together with the VAT number) will start the process of sending merchandise.
